The future is Nuance

AI will be better than you, but businesses are made of people, and you need to be the one to harness AI and, more importantly, stand out. This isn’t the…be 30% more efficient conversation; this is the… how am I completely different conversation.

How to beat Robots

1) Humanoids and robots will do a lot of what we know. There needs to be the economic buy options that people want, and that will dictate what gets built. ROI is how we go about our day. The first robots are already in action. Take a look at warehouses, docks, etc. This is the first. Specific needs with specific knowledge (AI)—that’s where you will see success first.

2) Mumbo jumbo tasks are simple: I put a form for this site in Google Forms. It asked me what I wanted it to be about. The questions were perfect; I just needed to add one. THIS type of stuff is going away quickly. The thinking of:
– What questions should I ask?
– Am I missing anything in this situation?
– What should I include in my bid analysis for XYZ scope?

I love this part of AI. I look like an expert, but I’d have to go find it online or in a book somewhere. The AI tools pull this quick for me. It’s great.

3) That leads me to point 3.

Your value is building nuance if the basics are done, even in specialized fields. Be nuanced. That means:

  • Read things you aren’t familiar with
  • Connect dots for others across the business
  • Be well-versed for on the fly conversations
  • Don’t discount relationships and open your mind
  • Stay up to speed on technology and what your org can be missing
  • Build your own repository of interesting data

Then….use it. Be known for it. Excel.

If you’re here, you’re top 5%. Act on it.
